When have you ever NOT seen any marketing from your neighborhood Realtor’s smiling face on their monthly postcard touting his/her amazing “customer service?” It’s gotten so cliche.  With all the noise we’re bombarded with daily you probably just subconsciously tune it out.

Well today we have a benchmark for customer service.  Somebody actually took the time to measure it… J.D. Power & Associates’ recent study has given Keller Williams Realty top overall marks among all other brokerages for customer service to home buyers!

“…“When buying a home, customers particularly appreciate agent professionalism, responsiveness to calls and e-mails and the agent’s skill in locating and showing properties in the appropriate price range—all areas in which Keller Williams excels…

“The study finds that despite the popularity of home-buying and -selling resources on the Internet, real estate agents are key to customer satisfaction….Although the Internet provides home buyers and sellers with the ability to perform some essential tasks—such as listing a home for sale or researching a neighborhood in which to purchase a home—the internet still does not replace the importance of a good real estate agent”

That’s such great news!  Not only am I, an agent, still needed by home buyers but it turns out that I’m working with the best customer service company in the business!

Even though I am a real estate broker and don’t need to work under a large brokerage, I have chosen to do so and have been completely happy with everything Keller Williams provides us and the support they give.  There is heavy emphasis on education and culture which probably is responsible for Keller Williams agents top overall ranking among consumers.
